Our flowers are natural, seasonal products and therefore vary throughout the year.
Variations in colour, size, stem length, shape and flowering stage are a normal characteristic of fresh flowers. Photographs on our website are representative only and exact varieties cannot be guaranteed.
Flowers may be supplied in bud to maximise vase life and we will always cut flowers as close to recommended flowering stage as possible for the optimum vase life. This varies from flower type to flower type.
We reserve the right to substitute flower varieties where necessary due to weather conditions, crop failure, pests or seasonal availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and maintain the overall style and colour palette of the product ordered.
All orders are subject to availability.
Your order is accepted only when we send confirmation that it has been received and accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if flowers become unavailable, payment is not received, or an error in pricing has occurred.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
VAT is included where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before flowers are delivered or collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
We currently offer local delivery only within our stated delivery area.
Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Where no recipient is available, flowers may be left in a safe place at our discretion unless alternative instructions have been provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate.
We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or the recipient being unavailable.
Responsibility for the flowers passes to the customer upon delivery.
Where collection is offered, customers are responsible for checking their order at the time of collection.
Responsibility for the flowers passes to the customer once the order has been collected.
Fresh flowers are perishable products and should be placed into clean water as soon as possible after delivery or collection.
Flowers should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat sources and ripening fruit.
We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by improper care, storage or handling after delivery or collection.
Fresh flowers are perishable goods and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Orders may only be cancelled if harvesting, conditioning, arranging or dispatch has not begun.
Where a cancellation is accepted, any refund will be made to the original payment method.
If you believe your flowers are damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection and provide photographs where possible.
We may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Subscription flowers are supplied according to the frequency selected when ordering.
The contents of each bouquet will vary throughout the season depending on what is growing and available at the time.
We reserve the right to alter delivery dates where necessary due to weather conditions or crop availability.
Subscription customers may cancel future deliveries by logging into their account and cancelling an order before the processing deadline of 11pm on the Wednesday before the next scheduled delivery.
You will receive automated emails ahead of your deadline as well as when the order has been confirmed when the deadline has passed.
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions and refund any undelivered instalments where circumstances beyond our control prevent fulfilment.
Bouquets are hand-tied using seasonal flowers grown by us and may vary from photographs shown on our website.
Where specific colours or flowers are requested, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee availability.
DIY flower buckets are supplied for customers to arrange themselves.
Stem counts are approximate and may vary slightly due to natural variation in crop size and seasonality.
Flowers are supplied conditioned to the best of our ability but customers are responsible for arranging, storing and caring for flowers after collection or delivery.
DIY buckets are intended for personal use or self-arranged events.
Wholesale flowers are supplied subject to seasonal availability.
Stem lengths, maturity and variety mix may vary according to growing conditions and harvest timing.
Any shortages or quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, wholesale invoices are payable within 14 days.
We reserve the right to suspend supply where invoices remain unpaid.
We shall not be liable for failure to fulfil orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, flooding, drought, disease, crop failure, transport disruption or labour shortages.
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
